Recent Trends in facing the Health & Psychosocial Repercussions of Diabetes

Abstract

The research tagged modern trends in the face of the health and psychosocial repercussions of diabetes (a field study), aims to shed light on the methods and methods developed in the face of the repercussions of diabetes - type II - health and psychosocial and spread the culture of adopting preventive and curative nutrition methods or the adoption of gastric sleeve surgery and change the course - for some cases - because diabetes is closely related to overweight and obesity, which may reach obesity As well as reducing the use of medicines as much as possible, because of their side effects on the organs and organs of the body, especially in the long term, especially since diabetes is a chronic disease From here emerges the problem and importance of the current research and therefore we must expand the knowledge of the nature of this disease and its types accurately so that we can choose the most effective and most appropriate method according to each case Based on the researcher's sense of the need to spread community awareness by following the new methods in the treatment of diabetes and getting rid of its complications and health and psychological social repercussions and the importance of scientific research findings   in this  field.   The subject of the research was chosen and then the field approach was chosen -descriptive analytical - for the research being the most appropriate to achieve the objectives of the research The data was collected from a random sample of diabetics who review the National Center for Diabetes Treatment at Yarmouk Hospital - Baghdad The sample size was 60 researchers were presented with 23 questions placed in a questionnaire prepared for this purpose and the data was analyzed and presented through statistical tables using the program (Microsoft Office Word 2010) One of the most prominent results of the research is that the level of anxiety and tension felt by the respondents due to the disease in men more than women by 92% for males - 73% for females and that the disease affects their future goals significantly, and a set of recommendations and proposals have been developed, the most important of which is to follow up the situation medically and not neglect any side effect to reduce the occurrence of complications, as well as follow up the latest successful applied scientific experiments in the face of the disease and reduce its repercussions.
