تأثير تجارب الطفولة الضارَّة على إدمان استهلاك المواد الإباحيَّة
الملخص
إدمان استهلاك المواد الإباحيَّة هو أحد التحديات والمشكلات الكبيرة المُهدِّدة للصحة النفسيَّة بشكلٍ خاص، والصحة الأسرية والمجتمعية بشكلٍ عام. تُظهر الإحصاءات من موقع Pornhub.com, 2017 أنَّ هناك ثلاثة آلاف شخص حول العالم يُشاهد مشاهد إباحيَّة في الثانية الواحدة. هذا النوع من الإدمان لا تعود أسبابُه لإشباع رغبات جنسية فحسب، وإنَّما تعود أسبابُه لعوامل نفسية واجتماعية. وبالرغم من انتشار هذا النوع من الإدمان في عالمنا العربي، إلا أنَّ الأبحاث والدراسات العربية التي تبحث عن مُسبِّبات إدمان استهلاك المواد الإباحيَّة وعوامل الخطر التي تؤدِّي لهذا الإدمان قليلة جدًّا. فإدراك المُسبِّبات يُعين على الوقاية من هذا الإدمان خاصَّة من بداياته، وتحديدًا في فحص ودراسة مرحلة الطفولة وخِبْراتها، لما لهذه المرحلة من أهمية وخطورة في تَشْكيل البناء النفسي للإنسان. وتعرُّض الإنسان في هذه المرحلة للمخاطر والخبرات الضارَّة قد يجعله عُرضة للكثير من المشكلات النفسية في الكِبر ومنها الإدمان. لذا تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى سدِّ الفجوة المعرفية في البحث العلمي العربي من خلال فحص أحد المُسبِّبات المُؤدِّية لإدمان استهلاك المواد الإباحيَّة، ومنها دراسة الارتباط بين خبرات الطفولة الضارَّة وعلاقتها بإدمان استهلاك المواد الإباحيَّة بين عيِّنة كبيرة تمثيلية على الصعيد الوطني في المملكة العربية السعودية، تمثَّلت في 799 مُشارك من الذكور والإناث. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنَّ هُناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين خِبرات الطفولة الضارَّة وإدمان استهلاك المواد الإباحيَّة. وأنَّ أكثر خبرات الطفولة الضارَّة التي تعرَّض لها مُدمني استهلاك المواد الإباحيَّة هي عدم الاستقرار النفسي للوالديَنْ أو أحدهما، والتعرُّض للعنف الجسدي واللفظي والعاطفي من قِبل مُقدِّمي الرِّعاية وخاصَّة الوالدَيْن.
